From there, we will look at the patterns and rigid rules that keep you stuck in cycles of anxiety, uncover what fuels these struggles, and create space for insight, self-compassion, and growth.
I see therapy as a collaborative process where your experiences, values, and goals guide the work we do together. It is not a cookie cutter experience because what we focus on will be shaped by your unique needs and what matters most to you. Because authenticity matters, I welcome humor, memes, and yes, even fancy curse words. My goal is for therapy to feel like a safe and refreshing space where you can explore, learn, and leave each session with clarity and steps that feel doable.
